This page explains the rules that govern use of King Chance. It sets out the relationship between our service and people who register and play on our platform. Please read these terms carefully; by creating or using an account you agree to follow the rules set out here and any additional terms published in specific promotion pages, game rules or the cashier.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details current and secure. Provide accurate personal information when registering and during any verification checks. Keep your password and any two-factor authentication credentials private. We permit one account per person, household and payment method unless otherwise authorised. If we suspect multiple accounts, identity mismatch, fraudulent activity or abuse of promotions, we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and withhold funds pending investigation.
Eligibility requirements
To register you must meet the legal age and residency requirements in your jurisdiction. In Canada the minimum age varies by province; you must be of legal gambling age where you live. We block registrations from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited. You must not be on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any regulatory prohibition.
Acceptable platform use
Use the site only for lawful, personal gambling activity. Prohibited behaviour includes collusion, use of automated betting tools, chargebacks, intentionally exploiting promotions, using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment flows. Attempts to cheat, launder funds or otherwise misuse the site will result in account action and may be reported to authorities.
General bonus and promotion rules
All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms available on the promotion page and in your account. Bonuses may require opt-in, have wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while wagering, game contribution rules, expiry windows and excluded games. Real-money balances are normally used before bonus funds. We may void bonuses, recover bonus funds and close accounts where we determine misuse or fraud.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payment methods available to you depend on your location and are shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts are displayed there. We may require identity, address and payment-source documents before allowing withdrawals. Processing times vary by method and may include additional verification; third-party payment providers may charge fees. For large wins we may apply withdrawal limits or staged payments while we complete standard checks.
Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute, contact support with your account details and any relevant evidence. We aim to acknowledge queries promptly and resolve matters within a reasonable time. Where an investigation is required we may suspend affected transactions and withhold funds until completeness is confirmed. Our operational decisions are based on the account terms and available records; if you remain dissatisfied you may seek independent advice or refer the matter to any regulatory body with jurisdiction.
